All spectator tickets for games at Oak Creek High School MUST be purchased using the ticketing link: OC Knights Ticket Link (below). We will not accept cash at the door. Please purchase tickets ahead of time and have your digital ticket or paper ticket ready to scan at the door.

We are pleased to announce that the Union Grove High School Girls Volleyball team, led by Abigail Hogan, is the recipient of the 2023 USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award from the American Volleyball Coaches Association. In addition, the team earned the Honor Roll distinction, representing the top 20% of the team GPAs in their division (the benchmark is a cumulative average 3.3 GPA). Congratulations Broncos, you make us proud!
Just another reminder - the high school office is open daily 7am- 3pm if you would like to pay school registration fees. Athletic practice permits can be received Mon., Wed. and Fri. 7am - 3pm.
The athletic office will be open for permits Wed., Aug. 2nd until 3pm and Fri., Aug. 4 until noon. School fees are available to pay online once school registration is complete or you can stop by the office to pay by check. Offices will be closed at noon on Fri., Aug. 4th.
Just a reminder we have the Fall Athletics Code Meeting tonight starting at 6pm. Enter through the south gym doors and you will be directed where to go. Ginger is in the office today doing permits from 7am-3pm and will be doing permits before and after the meeting tonight. All online forms (Athletic Reg/Concussion form) need to be completed and bring an updated physical, if necessary. Fall practice permits in August can be received in the office Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 7am-3pm.

Here is an explanation of the optional fees you can add in Skyward
Chromebook Ins - this is insurance to cover any repairs to your student's school issued chomebook during the school year. Without it, you are responsible for repairs.
Family Pass - this allows you to enter home games with a pass and covers 2 parents and any grade school children in the household. Entry fee this year is $5 adults/$3 students - you do the math to see if it is worth it for you - how many games do you attend? The high school student is always free for home games with their school ID.
Parking Permit. - only junior and senior students should pay this at this time. Sophomores can only be on the wait list to start out. This covers parking in the south student lot and the extension of the lot into the Legion Park parking lot which is school parking on school days.
Single Adult Pass - same as the family pass above but covers one adult admission per home game only.
Sr. Yearbook ads - these are purchased ads in the yearbook - different size options. Please contact Mr. Wald at waldwil@ug.k12.wi.us for information or click here for the pdf of info. https://5il.co/19xp3
Yearbooks - purchase before May 1 to be on the delivery list. We deliver yearbooks the following September. All spring sports and events including graduation are in the book this way.
Reminder - the athletic/forensics/drama fee has changed and you are now responsible for payment on 2 of the activities in a year so $75/activity listed above with an individual cap of $150. The family cap is $300 per year for activities.
Please be sure to add any optional fees you would like to the account in Skyward before going out to eFunds to pay. Also, if you qualify for Free or Reduced lunch, this will change your required fees but not the optional. Please do the application and wait for approval before paying your fees. If you were on F/R last year at UGHS, your fees will reflect that discount - you must still do an application each year to now have fees go to full in September.

Hello, the summer registration in skyward as well as the ability to pay fees should open early next week. We will message you when that happens.
Back to school info:
Picture day for grades 9-11 is Aug 16 from Noon to 7pm. We are available for registration help if needed during that time.
Payment of fees can be done through the Skyward link to eFunds. Add any optional fees (Yearbook, Parking, etc) then click the payment link in the top right of the white. If you have your practice permit already, the fee will add automatically. Please note - there has been a change to participation fees. The cost is now $75/per sport/drama/forensics with a $150 cap per student and a $300 cap per family.
Set up your payment option and proceed in your eFunds account for payments. You may stop in the office M-Th 7am -3pm to make cash/check payments.
Please be sure to do your F/R lunch application if you feel you qualify. That may adjust your fee balance.
Freshman Orientation will be held August 30. Watch for information early August.
Practice Permits - Wed July 26 2-6pm/Th July 27 8am-Noon - that will be at the Hwy 45 entrance office only.
The high school and district offices will be closed on Thursday, July 27th for floor maintenance. The offices are not accessible. We will open again on July 31.

Athletic registration is open. Emails regarding Skyward logins have been emailed out. There is also an email with information on Athletic office hours for practice permits. The online forms in Skyward must be done and a current physical is required.
OFFICES CLOSED TO WALK-INS
Due to the funeral service being held at the high school for Deputy LaForge, the offices will be closed to any walk-in traffic on Thursday, July 13th. We will reopen to the public on Monday at 7am
Fall sports are just around the corner! Ginger will in the office issuing practice permit on the following dates: Wed., July 19 2-6pm Thurs., July 20 8am-12pm Wed., July 26 2-6pm Thurs., July 27 8am-12pm Mon., July 31 8am-12pm and after the mandatory 6pm Athletic Code Parent meeting in the large gym for ALL Fall sports. *I encourage athletes to utilize the dates above to ensure they are not standing in long lines the first day of tryouts. You will need your online athletic registration completed, including the separate concussion form signed (all on Skyward) along with an updated physical. Physical forms can be found in the athletic area of our website as well as more info regarding specific sports. Physicals are good for 2yrs if dated April 1st or after. Another option for a quick physical, if you cannot get in to your regular physician, is CVS pharmacy across from Walmart in Kenosha or certain Walgreens have Minute clinics (see individual websites for more info and to make an appt online).
